Who we are

We are a trusted business partner to several blue chip organizations in Africa.

All G&A Business Solutions programs are conceived as transformational. They are mostly designed in the form of interactive workshops with effective use of audio-visual materials, case studies, role plays and practical business/ work assignments. The very participative format of our learning events is deliberately planned to stimulate learning through great interactions amongst participants, to encourage team building and to promote best practice sharing.

Our programs always include:

  • A through understanding of the problems and/or challenges
  • A comprehensive description of the symptoms of the real issues
  • A detailed set of solutions and the benefits deriving there from
  • A translation of these benefits into Business KPIS
  • A set of Implementation, Tracking and Monitoring tools including personal motivational scoreboards
  • An assessment of the impact of the program on competence development and bottom line

This therefore requires that the programs are scheduled in 2 phases:

  • Phase 1:

    Theoretical curriculum and Practical Business Assignment/projects
  • Phase 2:

    Review of the Business Assignment/projects vis a vis corporate KPIs, assessment of personal contribution and Certification.

More than regular and conventional training, our programs are about knowledge transfer and empowerment.
