Relationship Trust: Build Strong Teams and Relations at Work

The Challenge

Several organizations suffer from low trust, from conflicts and suspicion which overshadow cooperation and results. People’s hidden agendas or motivations create stress and ill will and ultimately hinder getting things done. At the organizational level, trust-related problems like redundancy, bureaucracy, fraud, and turnover kill productivity, divert resources, and dissipate opportunities. But when team members trust each other—and are trusted by others, communication improves and productivity accelerates as everybody is focused towards shared objectives.

Our Solution

G & A has developed a workshop that helps organizations build strong teams and relationships at work.

Participants to this workshop will be trained on how to create and maintain an environment that is conducive to increased trust. They will learn how to resolve conflicts, empower others, improve business relationships and meet business targets through improved trust.

Participants will practice the skills to develop trust, achieve results through people empowerment, keep commitments, resolve disagreements in a way that builds credibility and restores trust even when it has been damaged.

Design of the workshop

The workshop is designed in the form of 2 sessions of 2 days + 1 day.

All material is developed and delivered in English and in French
