Our Solution

G & A Business Solutions has designed a workshop that provides the principles, the skills, and the tools needed to execute flawlessly again and again. It’s a unique training experience that builds the execution capability of individual team members.

Participants will create their own goals and agree with their teams on the criteria by which they will be measured. These criteria must be relevant to the organization’s goals. They will also create personal motivating scoreboards and apply personal accountability to produce results.

About the workshop

“The core steps of Execution” will help participants know how to: 1) Define what’s most important to the organization and focus on the priorities 2) Identify key actions that foster goal accomplishment 3) Act on the lead measures 3) Track key measures of success and keep a compelling scoreboard and 4) Create accountability at all levels by building an individual planning and accounting system.
